Objective To explore the neurological deficits and daily living ability effects of emergency nursing process applying to patients with cerebral infarction thrombolysis.
Methods We used a retrospective study method and selected from February,2014 to February,2016 altogether 172 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital as the research object.According to nursing methods, the patients were equally divided into the observation group and the control group, with 86 patients in each group. Both groups were given the thrombolytic therapy, while the control group was given the conventional nursing process during the treatment period and the observation group was given emergency care process intervention, with 21 days treatment cycles. We recorded blood collection time, referral time and rescue time, survey and evaluation of the NIHSS score and Barthel score before and after treatment and carried out the satisfaction rating.
Results The blood sampling time, the time of referral and the rescue time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(
P<0.05).The NIHSS score and Barthel score in the observation group after treatment were (7.98±2.14) points and (54.30±9.24) points, while those in the control group were (10.15±2.65) points and (48.20±8.19) points, with statistical significance between the two groups(
P<0.05),and all the points compared to those before treatment were statistically significant(
P<0.05).The scores for nursing service attitude, nursing operation technology, nurse patient communication satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The emergency nursing process applying to patients with cerebral infarction thrombolysis can improve the emergency rescue efficiency, promote recovery of neurological function and daily living ability of the patients and improve patients' satisfaction of nursing work, hence with very good application values.
