Objective With increasing aging population in our country,the number of cases of coronary heart disease with diabetes increased,seriously affecting the physical health and quality of life of the residents.This article is to investigate the effect of whole course nursing mode on patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes during the interventional therapy.
Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes from January,2012 to May,2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to its clinical characteristics with 48 cases in each group.The control group was nursed with general nursing mode based on coronary heart disease and diabetes treatment and the patients in observation group were given the whole nursing intervention model.The changes of blood glucose and pressure,lipid level and symptomatic treatment of disease were observed and compared.The levels of FPG and TC were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.The incidence of compliance behavior,quality of life and adverse events were compared between two groups after the intervention.All the data in this group were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software.The measurement data were expressed as mean ±standard deviation(
x±
s).The
t test was used to calculate the data.The χ
2 test was used to compare the data,with
P<0.05 indicating statistical significance.
Results ①After nursing,the systolic blood pressure,FPG and TC of two groups significantly lowered than before nurse and the reduction degree in the observation group were greater than that in the control group(
t=3.254,
P=0.002;
t=7.019,
P<0.001;
t=8.029,
P<0.001);②The scores of treatment compliance and quality of life of two groups after nurse were higher than those before nurse and the degree of elevation in observation group were higher than that in the control group (
t=3.685,
P<0.001;
t=2.238,
P=0.030);③The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.17% vs. 20.83%) with statistical significance(χ
2=6.095,
P=0.014).
Conclusion The whole nursing intervention model can reduce systolic blood pressure,FPG and TC of patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes during the interventional therapy and can significantly improve the compliance behavior and their quality of life.The incidence of adverse events is greatly reduced.It can be used as a clinical nursing model for wide selection.
