Objective To study and discuss the effect of rehabilitation training on recovery of cerebrovascular disease in patients with limb motor dysfunction. To make patients recover as soon as possible.
Methods According to the clinical data of 120 patients treated in our hospital,120 patients were divided into control group(60 cases) and experimental group(60 cases) according to random table method. The control group was the conventional treatment group, that is,drug therapy plus muscle electrical stimulation therapy. The experimental group was treated with rehabilitation exercises on the basis of routine treatment, including bed rest training, sitting and standing training, walking training, daily life training, speech function training. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks, and the experimental group received rehabilitation exercises 5 days a week, twice a day,and 45 min/times.Before and after treatment, the motor function of limbs was assessed by Fugl-Meyer integral evaluation method and the daily life ability was evaluated by the Modified Barthel index scoring method, and the related data were recorded.
Results The results of data analysis showed that limb motor function and ADL scores are both improved in the experimental group and the control group(
P<0.01),before and after the treatment. But the experimental group data is significantly better than the control group, and there is a significant difference between the two groups of data(
P<0.01).
Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for patients with cerebrovascular disease is beneficial for the reconstruction of the motor reflex arc, which can significantly improve the recovery of patients and reduce the treatment time and economic costs.Rehabilitation training is very important for patients to recover their living ability at an early date.
