Objective This paper aims to analyze the science, necessity and feasibility of the reform of the training mode of the master degree in oncology, and to provide a theoretical basis for cultivating high-quality innovative talents in oncology.
Methods Combining multidisciplinary cooperation with clinical practical ability training to build a practical education platform, reform the teaching model, modularized curriculum system, attach importance to the combination of clinical and scientific research methods, and strengthen the humanities quality and medical literacy of medical graduate students. Building the pre-clinical laboratory practice teaching platform, clinical comprehensive practicing platform and extracurricular practicing platform. Through exploration and practice, a unique three-year medical personnel training model for cancer graduates has been formed.
Results Through the combination of theory, research and practice, the postgraduate students' ability to discover problems, think about problems, solve problems and innovate was cultivated, the interest and initiative of postgraduate in studying effectively stimulated. We should strengthen the cultivation of students' professional literature self-study ability, team communication and expression ability, scientific research practice and team cooperation ability, and advocate the concept of students' independent learning and research-based learning. In the process of clinical practice teaching, combined with the teaching of medical psychology and medical ethics, the concept of medical ethics education and humanistic care is rooted in the heart of the trained graduate students.
