Objective To demonstrate the value of attached gingiva reconstruction in oral implants by clinical trials research,and provide reference for clinical use.
Methods From March 2010 to May 2014,attached gingival reconstruction was admitted in the treatment of 120 patients in our hospital dentistry,according to the principle of randomized 120 patients were divided into observation group and control group 60 patients.Patients in the observation group attached gingiva reconstruction treatment,that in the middle of one side of the tongue dental alveolar region of a patient to be cut;the control group were treated with traditional treatment,in the middle parts of the incision surgery,attached gingiva reconstruction 4 weeks of treatment and three months,six months later,to the width of the patient keratosis mucosa,gingival margin appearance,rebuild and improve the situation of other indicators of attachment points.The SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.
Results ①The two groups of patients were compared,we found that the repair status in observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant,
P＜0.05;②Reconstruction Coordination rate was observed in patients with gingival margin appearance was significantly higher attachment point,rebuild defective rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant,
P＜0.05.
Conclusion Attached gingiva reconstruction applied to the oral implant rehabilitation can significantly improve the efficacy of restoration,improve the situation,increase the rate of reconstruction coordination,reduce the incidence of defects.Stability conducive to the patient’s mouth after the repair the affected area of the gums;from an aesthetic viewpoint,attached gingiva reconstruction also has great significance,and the surgical method has the advantage of simple and has very important clinical value.
