Objective To investigate and understand the status of abortion in our city youth,looking mainly due to the impact of abortion,and explore the nursing countermeasures after artificial abortion.
Methods The data of 2 100 cases of artificial abortion from three different levels of hospitals which can be artificial abortion in our city,they were unmarried pregnant teenagers from 13 to 24 years old,anonymous questionnaire survey was used to collect data among them and grouping nursed.
Results Two thousand and nineteen questionnaire was available,the effective rate accounted for 96.14 percent,the effective average age of subjects (18.25±2.36) years old,first sex aged＜16 years old accounted for 28.38 percent. Unmarried cohabitants accounted for 37.54 percent,and more sexual partners accounted for 30.96 percent.63.55 percent of the young people choose contraception low age of first sex,non-reading adolescent,unmarried cohabitation and multiple sexual partners were independent risk factors(
OR values were 0.53,0.33,3.05,1.83).In nursing group,the members had better mental state,the lower abdominal pain after surgery,inflammatory diseases and again induced abortion were significantly reduced,compared with non-nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(
P＜0.05).
Conclusion The low age of first sex,non-reading adolescent,unmarried cohabitation and multiple sexual partners are independent risk factors of artificial abortion of adolescents,enhance the nursing can effectively reduce the corresponding postoperative complications and the chance of abortion again.
