Objective To explore the effect of mutual-aid training mode on nursing skills and quality of Chinese medicine nurses.
Methods Thirty Chinese medicine nurses working at Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in our hospital were randomly divided into two equal groups,control group and experimental group.Control group received conventional training mode and experimental group received mutual-aid training mode.Nursing assessment score,nursing quality score and satisfaction degree in the two groups was compared and analyzed.
Results The nursing assessment score (72.1±7.8) points and nursing quality score (92.1±7.3) points in the experimental group after training were obviously higher than that in the control group (62.3±7.4) points and (84.3±8.2) points,the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).The satisfaction degree in the experimental group (93.33%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(53.33%),
P<0.05.
Conclusion Mutual-aid training mode applied in Chinese medicine nurses shows significant training effect in the nursing knowledge and skill training,improves nursing operation skills and nursing quality to varying degrees,increases satisfaction degree,has a high nursing safety,harmonizes the nurse-patient relationship,enhances nurse’s knowledge and technology,promotes the cooperation between physicians and nurses,and is of great significance,which indicate wide clinical application.
