  • Objective To study the level of adiponectin and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome, explore the relationship between them and coronary artery disease, and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods Total 190 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected from July,2013 to July,2015 and divided into study group(100 cases) and control group(n=90 cases) according to the metabolic syndrome. The level of C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) was detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, and the serum adiponectin level, tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results were compared between the two groups, and their relations with coronary artery disease were analyzed. Results Adiponectin levels in the study group were (4.78±1.21)mg/L which significantly lower than (6.59±1.56)mg/L in the control group; The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the study group were (25.24±6.28)pg/ml,(132.32±9.24)pg/ml and (6.23±0.29)mg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than (15.53±5.02)pg/ml,(102.91±8.47)pg/ml and (6.23±0.29)mg/L,respectively,in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 53 patients with triple vessels disease in the study group, which were significantly more than 28 cases in the control group;10 patients with single vessels disease, which were significantly less than 28 cases in the control group of 28,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Person correlation analysis showed that the level of adiponectin was negatively correlated with IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-a and coronary lesions(P<0.05). Conclusion The coronary lesions are more serious in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome when the level of adiponectin is lower or the levels of inflammatory factors are higher.
