Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the anxiety and satisfaction of patients with pain free abortion,and to accumulate experience for this kind of special group.
Methods Total 86 patients with pain free abortion in our hospital from February 2013 to March,2015 were divided into study group and control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group carried out the traditional nursing measures,while the research group underwent the strengthening psychological nursing on the basis of the traditional measures.All the patients received the SAS scale evaluation 2 hours before the operation,and the degree of pain and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.
Results Before the operation,there were 14 cases of mild anxiety,23 cases of moderate anxiety and 6 cases of severe anxiety in the study group;there were 7 cases of mild anxiety,21 cases of moderate anxiety and 15 cases of severe anxiety in the study group;the mean anxiety degree in the study was light than that in the control group(
P<0.05).In the study,21 cases were with grade 1 pain,8 cases with grade 2 and 14 cases with grade 3,while in the control group,13 cases with grade 1,9 cases with grade 2 and 21 cases with grade 3.The degree of pain in the study group were less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).The difference in the satisfaction with the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care,service attitude,postoperative care and health education was significant between the two groups(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The strengthening psychological nursing intervention in patients with pain free abortion can effectively reduce the anxiety,improve the body satisfaction and achieve more satisfactory clinical results.
