Objective To investigate the risk factors of premature coronary artery disease risk, and provide reference for clinical prevention, treatment, and nursing.
Methods Total 48 cases of premature coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from June,2014 to September,2015 were selected into observation group, and 48 cases of non-premature coronary heart disease patients of cardiology in the same period were selected into control group.Risk factors questionnaire was made, and the gender, age, body mass index, education level, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension history, diabetes, family premature coronary heart disease history, triglycerides, total cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of two groups were accounted and analyzed using univariate and multivariate to determine risk factors for premature coronary artery disease.
Results Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed:age, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension history, diabetes, family premature coronary heart disease history, triglycerides, total cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin, uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are the risk factors for premature coronary artery disease (
P<0.05).Before data collection, participates were unified trained ensure the rigorous investigation, scientific, and technical.
Conclusion Premature coronary heart disease was caused by many clinical factors, age, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension history, diabetes, family premature coronary heart disease history, triglycerides, total cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin, uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are the risk factors. The clinical risk factors of premature coronary heart disease should be height paied attention, and early prevent and treat to reduce the incidence of premature coronary artery disease.
