Objective To investigate the effect of clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation therapy on wound healing of perianal abscess after operation.
Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with perianal abscess in our hospital from June,2014 to March,2015 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent elective surgery for anal abscess.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases).After the operation,the control group was injected with conventional intravenous antibiotics,and daily dressing change,on the basis of which the experimental group was treated with oral Xianfanghuomingyin with Huanglian Jiedu decoction.The prescription containing 12 grams honeysuckle,6 grams angelica,6 grams saposhnikovia divaricata,9 grams red peony root,9 grams Chinese angelica,6 grams Fritillaria,15 grams Scutellaria,6 grams Coptis,9 grams dried tangerine peel,10 grams Radix,6 grams Gleditsia sinensis,6 grams pangolin,6 grams myrrh,6 grams frankincense,9 grams gardenia,10 grams phellodendron bark,6 grams licorice.The curative effects and the wound healing were compared between the two groups.Based on observation of wound healing of patients,we compared wound healing rates of the two groups.Carrion shedding time,emergence time,healing time of epithelium of both groups was recorded.According to surface of the wound of the patients,we gave secretion score,granulation shape score,pain score and swelling score.Corresponding indicators of two groups were statistically analyzed.
Results The healing rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the carrion shedding time,emergence time and epithelial healing time were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical significance (

P<0.05).The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance (
Z=2.759,
P<0.05).In the experimental group,the discharge score,granulation score,pain score,and swelling score were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant (
t=2.682,2.686,3.255,2.741,
P<0.05).
Conclusion The clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with perianal abscess,and accelerate the healing of the wound.
