Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone combined torasemide on oxidative stress, inflammatory factors, microcirculation and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, each group 66 cases. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was added edaravone and Torasemide based on control group. After treatment, the oxidative stress(SOD,GSH-Px,CAT),inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF-α,IL-2),microcirculation(Fib,PLT,PAG) and hemorheology(Blood viscosity at high Shear Rates,Blood viscosity at middle Shear Rates,Blood viscosity at low Shear Rates,Hematocrit,Erythrocyte aggregation index) of two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT levels of two groups were significantly increased(
P<0.05),and each indicator of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(
P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and TNF-α levels of two groups were significantly reduced(
P<0.05),and each indicator of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05);IL-2 levels of two groups were significantly increased(
P<0.05),and IL-2 of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(
P<0.05).The Fib,PLT and PAG levels of two groups were significantly decreased(
P<0.05),and each indicators of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05).After treatment,Blood viscosity at high Shear Rates,Blood viscosity at middle Shear Rates,Blood viscosity at low Shear Rates,Hematocrit,Erythrocyte aggregation index levels of two groups were significantly decreased(
P<0.05),and each indicators of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Edaravone combined torasemide could effectively improve the oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction and hemorheology of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and promote the circulation rate of blood microcirculation.
