Objective To investigate the effect of remifentanil combined anesthesia on IL-8 and oxidative stress of patients with colon cancer after laparoscopic surgery.
Methods One hundred and sixty-two patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.Patients in control group(81 cases) were given fentanyl combined anesthesia,and patients in research group(81 cases) were given remifentanil combined anesthesia.The postoperative recovery index,serum cytokines,oxidative stress,T lymphocyte subsets and adverse events of two groups were compared.
Results The Postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery time,wake up time,catheter removal time,directional force recovery time of research group were significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05).After operation,the IL-8,IL-6,IL-6,CRP and TNF-α levels of two groups were significantly increased(
P<0.05),the IL-8,IL-6,CRP and TNF-α levels of research group were significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05),the IL-10 level was significantly higher than that of control group(
P<0.05).After operation,the SOD,GSH and CAT levels of two groups were significantly reduced(
P<0.05),the SOD,GSH and CAT levels of research group were significantly higher than those of control group (
P<0.05).After operation,the MDA levels of two groups were significantly increased(
P<0.05),the MDA level of research group was significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05).After operation,the CD3
+,CD4
+,CD4
+/CD8
+ levels of two groups were significantly reduced(
P<0.05),the CD3
+,CD4
+,CD4
+/CD8
+ levels of research group were significantly higher than those of control group(
P<0.05).The nausea and vomiting,chills,restlessness,cough,tachycardia rate of research group were significantly lower than those of control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Remifentanil combined anesthesia could significantly improve the cytokines and reduce oxidative stress of patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery,shorten wake up time and catheter removal time,with well analgesic effect and high safety.
