Abstract:
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we will carry out the Healthy China initiative, improve the national health policy, and provide comprehensive lifecycle health services for the people.Against this backdrop, the integration of medical and preventive measures is seen as a key path to breaking the fragmentation of medical resources and improving the effectiveness of continuous health management.By integrating clinical diagnosis and treatment, public health, health management, and social security,it builds a continuous care network with data sharing, service collaboration, and shared responsibility, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of early disease identification, risk stratification intervention, and prognosis tracking, laying the foundation for optimizing resource allocation, strengthening grassroots capabilities, and realizing value-based healthcare.Medical unspecified disease (MUD) has become a new challenge for collaborative management between grassroots and specialized departments due to its heterogeneous clinical manifestations, difficulty in early diagnosis, repeated medical visits and heavy psychological burden on patients, and huge consumption of full cycle management resources. Therefore, the early identification and full cycle management of MUD from the perspective of medical prevention integration have received increasing attention. This article adopts a systematic literature review as the methodological framework, focusing on "medical prevention integration","medically unspecified disease", "full cycle management",using keywords such as "early identification" and "full cycle management",this study searched for relevant literature on medical prevention integration, medically unspecified disease, early identification, and full cycle management in China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI),PubMed,Web of Science, and the National Health Commission's policy database from 2019 to 2025.A comprehensive analysis and summary were conducted to explore early identification and full cycle management strategies for MUD,and to analyze how medical prevention integration can assist in unspecified disease management, providing theoretical references for improving overall medical service quality, optimizing medical resource allocation, and enhancing early identification and full cycle management capabilities for medically unspecified disease.
