    Abstract
  •   Objective  To analyse the quality of life of patients with recurrent schizophrenia and its influencing factors.  Methods  A total of 82 patients with recurrent schizophrenia in Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The quality of life status of the patients and the related factors affecting the quality of life of the patients were investigated.  Results  Compared with the Chinese norm, the scores of the patients in physiological, psychological, social relationship and environment were significantly lower (all P < 0.01). In the fields of physiology and psychology, the scores of patients with junior high school education or below were significantly lower than those with senior high school education or above (all P < 0.05). In terms of social relationship, the scores of female and non-occupational patients were significantly lower than those of male and occupational patients (all P < 0.05). On the basis of the environment, the scores of females, non-occupational, junior high school or below education level were significantly lower than those of males, occupational, senior high school or above education level (all P < 0.05). The social support of patients was positively correlated with physiological field, psychological field and environmental field (all P < 0.05), and the family care index was significantly positively correlated with each research field (P < 0.01). Drug compliance was positively correlated with the physiological and psychological fields (P < 0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that gender, education level, social support, occupation, family care index and medication compliance were the main factors affecting patients' quality of life (all P < 0.05).  Conclusion  Quality of life in patients with recurrent schizophrenia is below the norm. Gender, family care index, social support, education level, medication compliance and occupational status were the main factors affecting patients' quality of life.
