Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous blood purification(CBP) combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).
Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of SAP in our hospital from June,2013 to June,2014 were reviewed. All patients received the conventional therapy combined with blood purification treatment and nursing intervention. The temperature, blood pressure, breathing and other vital signs were recorded before and after the treatment.APACHE Ⅱ score was performed to predict the condition of patients. The serum amylase, liver and kidney function, and arterial blood gas analysis were compared before and after the treatment.
Results Thirty-five of 40 cases were cured and discharger,5 cases died, with a survival rate of 87.5.The duration of blood purification was (73.8±6.2) h.After the blood purification and nursing care, the vital signs and APACHE Ⅱ score were improved, the difference was significant(
P<0.05).The serum biochemical indexes such as TB and AMS were decreased obviously, the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).The acid base imbalance was corrected and electrolyte disorders were improved.
Conclusion CBP combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of SAP is effective and satisfactory. The coordination from nursing staffs is essential in the treatment procedure.
