Objective To investigate the risk factors of central venous catheter-related thrombosis and raise the nursing strategy based on risk factors,so as to reduce the incidence of central venous catheter-related thrombosis.
Methods Total369 cases of patients with central venous catheter in perioperative period from January,2015 to December,2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to catheter-related thrombosis, patients were divided into thrombus group(128 cases) and no-thrombosis group(241 cases). The risk factors questionnaire including age, gender, tumor type, insertion site, preventive anticoagulant and activity factor was made, and clinical data of patients were selected and the risk factors of catheter-related thrombosis were analyzed by univariate analysis and Logistic analysis. And corresponding nursing strategies were analyzed based on these results.
Results In all 369 cases patients,128 cases patients were with catheter related thrombosis, with a rate of 34. 7%. Univariate analysis showed that the gender, age, tumor type, insertion site, activity degree were univariate risk factors of patients with catheter-related thrombosis. And Logistic analysis showed that gender, age, tumor type, insertion site, activity degree were independent risk factors of patients with catheter-related thrombosis. All the nursing cares based on the risk factors would prevent catheter related thrombosis.
Conclusion The catheterrelated thrombosis easily occur in the patients with central venous catheter in perioperative period. The gender, age, tumor type, insertion site, activity degree were risk factors of patients with catheter-related thrombosis. Nursing based on risk factors should be carried out to prevent catheter related thrombosis.
