Objective To investigate the influence of catgut embedding combined timely Yuxie prescription on immune function and exercise tolerance in patients with COPD in stable phase.
Methods One hundred and sixty cases patients with COPD in stable phase from May,2015 to May,2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number method,each group 80 cases.Patients in control group were given conventional Western medicine,and patients in observation group were added catgut embedding combined timely Yuxie prescription.The immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM),T cell subsets(CD3
+,CD4
+,CD8
+),exercise tolerance (6 min walking distance,blood lactate concentration,PO
2) and symptom scores of two groups were observed.
Results After treatment,IgA,IgG,IgM levels of two groups were significantly increased(
P<0.05),and IgA,IgG,IgM levels of observation group were significantly higher than control group(
P<0.05).After treatment,CD3

+ levels of two groups were significantly increased(
P<0.05),CD8
+ levels of two groups were significantly decreased (
P<0.05),and the changes of observation group were higher than control group(
P<0.05).After treatment,6 min walking distance of observation group was significantly higher than control group(

2 and blood lactate concentration changes of observation group were significantly better than control group(
P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased(
P<0.05),and symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Based on conventional Western medicine,catgut embedding combined timely Yuxie prescription can significantly improve immune function exercise tolerance and clinical symptoms of patients with COPD in stable phase.
