Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of health education combined with continuous nursing on post-traumatic brain injury patients.
Methods From December,2014 to June,2016,120 cases of patients undergoing traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group.he control group was treated with health education,and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.he cognitive impairment was assessed by LOTCA and MMSE.he neurological deficits and self-care ability scores were evaluated by NIHSS and BI.he nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.
Results The scores of LOTCA and MMSE in the two groups were not significantly different (
P>0.05).The scores of LOTCA and MMSE in the observation group increased 6 months after admission,and the scores of LOTCA and MMSE scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (
P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neurological deficit scores and self-care ability scores between the two groups on admission (
P>0.05).Six months after admission,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group,with a statistical significance (
P<0.05).he satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 71.67% of the control group (χ
2=-2.836,
P<0.05).
Conclusion The use of health education combined with continuous nursing for the recovery of patients after traumatic brain injury can be significantly improved,which serves to improve nerve defects and improve self-care ability to improve care satisfaction,thus worthy of clinical application.
