Objective Comparative study of clinical effects of general anesthesia and general anesthesia with epidural anesthesia in acute abdomen complicated with septic shock.
Methods The acute abdomen with septic shock in 175 patients,of which 85 patients were on the basis of general anesthesia with epidural anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed.The difference of MAP,HR,SpO
2 before and after anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,restlessness,respiratory depression and pain in the two groups were compared.
Results There was no significant difference in hemodynamic parameters between the two groups before clinical anesthesia.During the period of induction of anesthesia,intubation and extubation,the central arterial pressure and heart rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidences of nausea and vomiting,restlessness,respiratory depression and pain were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,which was statistically significant.Epidural anesthesia on the basis of general anesthesia was the protection factor of occurrence of clinical pain in patients with acute abdomen complicated with septic shock after surgery(
OR=0.200, 95%
CI:0.098-0.408,
P<0.01).
Conclusion During the course of clinical surgery of patients with acute abdomen complicated with septic shock,the increase in epidural anesthesia on the basis of general anesthesia could effectively improve the oxygen saturation,heart rate and mean arterial pressure of patients during anesthesia.And it could significantly reduce the possibilities of postoperative nausea and vomiting,fretful,respiratory depression and pain and other adverse reactions incidence simultaneously.It played an important role in maintaining the health of patients,reducing the pain and improving the cure rate.
