Objective To analyze the effects of super-early rehabilitation nursing on motor function recovery and nursing compliance of stroke patients.
Methods Totally 162 patients with stable stroke were randomly divided into observation group(super-early nursing care) and control group(general neurology nursing).The Barthel index and Fegl-Mevyer Score were recorded after admission and before discharge.We compared care compliance in both groups.
Results On admission,the Barthel index of the two groups lower than 40(χ
2=0.15,
P=0.70),40-60(χ
2=0.04,
P=0.83) and more than 60(χ
2=0.15,
P=0.699) which had no significant difference between the two groups (
P>0.05).There were more patients in the observation group than in the control group(χ
2=19.56,
P<0.01).On admission,the Fegl-Mevyer scores of the two groups were less than 50(χ
2=0.10,
P=0.75),50-84(χ
2=0.65,
P=0.42),85-95(χ
2=0.15,
P=0.70).And 96-99 data were not different between the groups;pre-discharge observation group less than 50 were more than that in the control group(χ
2=4.84,
P=0.028).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of medication compliance(χ
2=1.22,
P=0.27),but in the rehabilitation exercise group,and the patients in the high compliance group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(χ
2=10.06,
P=0.02).
Conclusion The use of super-early nursing intervention in stroke patients can promote the recovery of motor function and life ability of patients,and can improve the compliance of patients with rehabilitation therapy,thus providing positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients.
