Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the rescue of patients with severe trauma, refine the comprehensive nursing intervention methodology and improve nursing quality, thus to provide evidence in future emergency rescue work.
Methods A total of 220 newly admitted severe trauma patients in our hospital between April,2014 to August,2015 was divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time of admission,110 patients in each group.Altogether 110 patients with severe trauma treated from April,2014 to December,2014 were treated as control group, which got routine emergency care;another 110 patients with severe trauma treated from January,2015 to August,2015 were treated as observation group, which got comprehensive nursing intervention. With SPSS 17.0 software,we analyzed and compared the rescue reaction time, the rescue treatment outcome and adverse events in the transshipment en route between the two groups.
Results After different nursing intervention, observation group patients presenting to the emergency department with retention time, special inspection time,to the emergency operation time and admission to operation time, respectively (6.86±2.08) min,(13.07±2.81) min,(7.01±1.57) min and (27.69±6.05) min, which were significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (
P<0.01).The rate of successful rescuing achieved 90% in the observation group, higher than that of the control group (63.64%),and disability rate, mortality and complication rates were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference (
P<0.05).The adverse events in the transshipment en route of the observation group was 3.64%,which was significantly less than that of the control group 9.09%,and the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).
Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly shorten the rescue reaction time, improve the rescue treatment outcome, and reduce adverse events in the transshipment en route, thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.
