Objective To explore the risk factors of the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in elderly patients after stroke, and to provide reference for the preventive interventions.
Methods From January,2014 to July,2015,the clinical data of 448 elderly bedridden patients after stroke were analyzed retrospectively. The risk factors were analyzed by single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis.
Results There were 25 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity among 448 patients after stroke with a rate of 5.58%;Single factor analysis showed that dehydrating agent, phlebitis, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, infection, tumor, and the elevated levels of hs-CRP,D-dimer,CD62p,CD63 PAI-1 and platelet aggregation were the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that dehydrating agent, phlebitis, hypertension, infection, tumor, and the elevated levels of hs-CRP,D-dimer,CD62p CD63,PAI-1 and platelet aggregation were the independent risk factors for the deep venous thrombosis in the elderly patients after stroke(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Dehydrating agent, phlebitis, hypertension, infection, tumor, and the elevated levels of hs-CRP,D-dimer,CD62p CD63,PAI-1 and platelet aggregation are the independent risk factors for the deep venous thrombosis of lower limb in the elderly patients after stroke, and the intervention measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis.
