Abstract:
Objective To discuss the relationship among the work-family balance,coping styles andsubjective well-being in ICU nurses,provide the basis for the health interventions of nurses. Methods Cluster sampling was used in the study,and 234 clinical nurses was included.Subjective well-being scale,work family balance scale and simple coping style questionnaire were used to survey the study objects. Results Correlation analysis showed that the family intrusionwas negatively correlated with items of satisfaction of life and interests,energy,sad or happy state,behavior and emotion control,relaxation and tension(r<0,P<0.05),with the correlation coefficient ranging from -0.261 to -0.127;the family intrusion was negatively correlated with items of subjective well-being(r<0,P<0.05),with the correlation coefficient ranging from -0.342 to -0.127.The negative copingwas negatively correlated with items of satisfaction of life and interests,worrying abouthealth,energy,sad or happy state,behavior and emotion control(r<0,P<0.05),with the correlation coefficient ranging from -0.357 to -0.157.The family facilitationwas positively correlated with items of satisfaction of life and interests,worrying abouthealth,worrying abouthealth,energy,behavior and emotion control,relaxation and tension(r>0,P<0.05),with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.192 to 0.236.The work facilitationwas positively correlated with items of Subjective well-being(r>0,P<0.05),with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.161 to 0.376.Positive copingwas positively correlated with items of satisfaction of life and interests,worrying abouthealth,worrying abouthealth,energy,behavior and emotion control,relaxation and tension(r>0,P<0.05),with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.185 to 0.324.The multiple regression showed that the influence factors of subjective well-being scores were: title,economic level,children,work family balance and coping styles. Conclusion Clinical nurses and managers should adjust the work-family balance and improve the level of coping styles to improve the ICU nurses subjective well-being.
